Obviously, this is a very easy deal to do. Print the coupons, load the digital coupons to your Safeway card, Buy the flour!!  I have no idea if Safeway will be doing Rain checks on these items, but my stores had a BIG display at the back of the stores for this flour.  And if they run out, it never hurts to ask for a Rain check!! If you had more than one Safeway card, you could buy more than 2.  But, hey, 2 is still great!!
