New Way to print National Smart Source Insert Coupons

What a Wonderful New Way to Print out Smart Source Coupons.  Apparently Its been around for a few months, and I guess I missed it. 🙁 !  Every week in the Sunday paper we get the coupon inserts, Smart Source and Red Plum.  In the past the www.smartsource.com gave us good Smart Source Coupons, but it never really matched up perfectly to what we get in the newspaper.  Apparently they are trying out a new kind of coupon distribution. What is REALLY cool is that as many of you know, there are different valued coupons for different markets(regions) around the US.  But with this new method we can also cheat a little a bit and see what the actual coupons other markets are getting and we are able to print them!! 🙂  This method does not match up 100% to what we get in the paper, but perhaps someday it will!  But there seems to be some really good coupons!!

We can access the Insert coupons at, http://smartsource.shoplocal.com.

When you click on the link above, it takes you to a picture one of the Current Smart Source Inserts.  It auto recognizes the area you are in.(Probably by your IP or a cookie somewhere on your machine).

BUT if you notice the URL of the page it takes you to,

http://smartsource.shoplocal.com/SmartSource/BrowseByPage?storeid=2667647 ….

Notice that number at the end, 2667647.  That number identifies the Market(region) you are in.  By changing that number we can look at and print other Markets(regions) Coupons!

Here is a list of some other major Markets.  Notice the 7 digit number at the ends changes per Market.

For instance, of how different areas get different coupons, Notice the Front page of the Portland Area and Albany Area for the weekend of October 26th, 2014.  They both have a $1/1 Sour patch Coupon, but the Albany link also has a B1G1 Sour Patch Coupon.  It also appears we can load these coupons to a retailers club card, but this is not a requirement, and its just easier to print it out.
