i posted this yesterday on my facebook page, before i tested this at Safeway!
Currently Fred Meyer/QFC has a seemingly WONDERFUL digital coupon for $3.75/1 Dove Hair Care Product. There are 8 or so $2.99 items this week. After testing 6 products I can report its a lame coupon. It only comes off products HIGHER than $3.75. If you are feeling bored, you can go buy one of the lower priced items and most CS/managers will just take it off for you, ie FREE. I would post this deal if the eCoupon actually worked!!!
