Our Area, the Portland area though, did not get the Hefty bag Coupon in the newspaper. Bummer! BUT this morning we received the coupon in printable form! The Hefty coupons never scan with the 99 cent Hefty sale so be prepared for cashier to not allow. The easiest thing to do is get a raincheck (don't worry...these will be quickly sold out at the 99 cent price) and then use the coupon at a later date.
My Safeway store (Canby) STILL won't double internet printed coupons...so frustrating...
