The sugar in these really do dissolve quicker than normal...perfect for oatmeal or coffee! :-) I take the top off and refill with brown sugar and one with white to keep in the cupboard for when you only need spoonful sizes for recipes. Rather than lugging out my big canister for a teaspoon.
