So this is actually a pretty easy deal!  Print the coupon, buy the item, use a double coupon at checkout, and get them for $0.50each!  Some of you may have started to notice a new checkout register system at some of your Safeway’s.  They are going to change all the stores, but are slowly doing all the smaller stores first.  Its a VERY unforgiving system.  My checkout times have increased waiting for the checkers to learn the system.  But again, apparently all the stores will have this soon!
