But just testing the deal, we can buy the Body washes also! The catalina is ONLY for the lotions, so we NEED to buy 2 of those. But since we still get the $5 instant discount by buying the Body Washes, they are a cheaper product, which gets our OOP(out of pocket) lower, which makes the items cheaper! So we need to buy TWO of each product in a single transaction to get the $0.74 price. A better price for 2 really good products!! 🙂 I also rolled the $3 Catalina from the other day into this deal, so this Catalina rolls perfectly! 🙂

even if you buy 4 lotions, you can only get 1 $3 CAT?
in the earlier deal i bought 4 and got 1 $3 cat.
I tried this deal at the Lake Oswego location that has the new registers. I was watching the cashier scan the items and saw the automatic $5.00 deducted for purchasing $15 or more but once she started to scan my mfg coupons which reduced the min balance requirement, the $5.00 was added back into the total automatically. So this was a no go for me at this location.
most stores have been taking off the $5 manually. There is NOTHING in the fine print that says "after MQ" and also the fact it works at other stores ZERO problems with the old registers. tell them they hate the new registers, and can you fix that! again most stores just have been doing it. sorry you had issues! the store manager is very coupon friendly, i would bet he would do it zero problems.
If you do rebates, don't forget that there's a $5/$25 Saving Star rebate. I did the transaction as stated twice (with no problems) and submitted for my $5 rebate. Total cost for 4 bw and 4 lotions comes to $.92 after the rebate. Thanks for posting this deal!
