This is a nice little hidden deal.  The back page of the ad this week, states that the C&H Sugar will be $1.69 after digital coupon.  What that means 99% of the time is, there is already a coupon applied to this product and don’t bother.  BUT for some reason, Safeway has made a J4U coupon for a final price of $1.69!  What this means is that we can use a coupon and a double!!!  This makes these the cheapest we have seen these in a long while, probably one of the cheaper prices the whole year!!! 🙂
