Challenge butter, 1lb is $2each this week in the in-ad store coupon in the regular ad.  Limit 2 per transaction.  At every Fred Meyer(and QFC) you find blinkie coupons for $0.75/1 challenge butter.  Since the coupons are already at the store, Just pick up 2 blinkie coupons(found RIGHT next to product), 2 butters, go to checkout, the cashiers generally already have the in-ad store coupon there=$1.25 Each/per pound! That’s about the cheapest you will find good butter in a long time.  Butter freezes very well.
