This is at least a good deal. It might even be a Great deal to some. This week the Open Stock Cookware is 30% off. Plus there is some Bonus coupons that bring that total down more. What is Open Stock? I had to ask yesterday, and Open Stock Cookware means any Cookware that is not in a box. So basically all the Skillets and Pots are 30% off this week.
BUT I have an advance preview of NEXT Saturdays Door Buster Sale ad, and All the Open Stock Cookware is going to be 50% from 7AM to 1PM. This along with the bonus coupons brings the prices down even more!
Notice the 50% Open Stock Cookware ad on the left hand side. So in THIS weeks ad, you will find the page in the ad that says “Stock up the Savings”. On this page you will find a 20% Housewares Coupon. I also saw TONS of these at the stores on the yellow coupons. Also on the above Doorbuster ad Page is a 10% BONUS Home Coupon which includes houseware items, which includes Cookware! So this Saturday…
- All the Open Stock Cookware will be 50% off
- We get to use the 20% off using the Housewares 20% Coupon
- We get to use another 10% off using the BONUS Home Coupon(Use the doorbuster one)
So I tested this yesterday with a cheesy 8inch skillet. Of course during this week everything is just 30%, but it will work the same way, but cheaper, on Saturday 10/25.
8inch cheesy Skillet, Reg price $9.99
-$3 instantly 30% came off
-$1.40 Use the 20% Houseware coupon (20% comes off $6.99)
-$0.56 Use the 10% BONUS Home Coupon
Final Price=$5.03 after Fred Meyer Coupons
SO on Saturday this should be
8inch cheesy Skillet, Reg price $9.99
-$5 instantly 50% came off
-$1 Use the 20% Houseware coupon (20% comes off $4.99)
-$0.40 Use the 10% BONUS Home Coupon
Final Price=$3.60 after Fred Meyer Coupons
Obviously the Nicer skillets and pans are included in this Sale, So a Nicer Skillet that’s Reg price of $79.99(Like the Kitchen Aid 12in skillet) would come to $28.80 on Saturday after coupons! I was testing this deal mainly hoping that the Lodge dutch ovens were included. But they are NOT “Open Stock” cookware because they are sold in a box. lol.
Awesome! In for a new nonstick for eggs! Can’t cook eggs in my new stainless set as hard as I try!
I just bought the Wear Ever brand boxed set from Fred Meyer last week. It is the Pure Living White ceramic set of pans that they sell. I am trying to get away from Teflon, HATE cast iron (can anyone say wrist killers!), and do not like stainless steel. So I ventured out and tried ceramic. THEY ARE HANDS DOWN THE ***BEST*** pans I have EVER owned!!! You can literally slide the eggs around the pan without any sticking at all. And clean up is a breeze. Fred Meyer also has the same pans that come in the boxed set as part of their open stock cookware. Don’t hesitate! Try these out…..seriously! This would be the perfect match of sale and bonus coupons!
Ahh, I am hoping to get some glass food storage containers during this!
The 10 piece sets were 50% off. We got 2 for $50.38, the normal price of one was $69.99! Going to be donating both boxes, thanks for the heads up!!
