if im understanding you correctly, yes.
The OYNP are like “Store” money. If i did 5 of the above transactions. Paid my $5($1 per) , i would have 5 x $2 OYNP($10) of safeway money. I then could buy $10 of meat or veggies or WHatever, and use all 5 x $2 OYNP.
