So I had 1 Fred Meyer card and 2 QFC cards with me, that i tried 3 transactions.  Two I did at self checkout, and one through the regular register. Everything worked perfect everywhere.  You only can buy in multiples of 5.  So buying 2 kleenex, 1 kleenex wipes and 1 colgate toothpaste are 4 items that come out a $0.04 moneymaker automatically.  You need to get ANY other of the participating MEGA event items.  I of course wanted the cheapest.  The palmolive 20oz are $0.99 and the Pampers wipes are $0.99, and both have a $0.50 digital coupon. so they are each $0.49 after digital coupon.  I wanted/needed the Palmolive more than the pampers, so one of my transactions below as the wipes as a test, and the other 2 have Palmolives.  Obviously i was going for FREE, but $0.45 for 5 items is about as good as you will ever get with NO PAPER Coupons.  But they are useful items! 🙂
