EVery time I try to print one of the coupons from that site they NEVER Work. I keep reinstalling the software, then when it actually downloads the coupon it says I've already printed it. I've NEVER gotten one to print, not ONCE!
i used to have the same problem. its probably a java error. double check your java is working 100%.
