Safeway Deal Summary 4/27–5/3

Here are some ideas for safeway this week.  There is a new O organic $1/1 coupon in a booklet by the pharmacy.  Get some while you can.  The O organic crushed/minced garlic are $1 each this week. 🙂

Also, there is some new official wording on the double coupons.  EXCLUDES PRINTABLE COUPONS!!!
Some stores may still allow you do double anyways, at their discretion, but odds are this is an end to this for now(until many people complain! :-))
