A side note: There is some Fantastic printable coupons from the Northern California food council in which the webpage says only available to northern California, but the coupons do not. They are normal Manufacturer Coupons. They will work everywhere, but whether or not the retailers will be reimbursed is another thing. I have an email into the Director of Food Council, so until I hear back, i will not officially endorse these coupons. You can NOT double a printable coupon, so if you see a deal below with both a paper coupon and a printable, if i mention you can double, its to double the paper coupon, not the printable. At my store for the last month various checkers have been giving me back the doubler to use again saying that they just throw them away. Has this been happening to anyone else?

They do not give back the doubles coupon. But they do not pay attention to the date on them. So we can use a coupon from any previous week and get the doubles.
very few stores keep my doubles anymore. I generally say “do you need to me to sacrifice a paper for a double coupon?” “cuz i will!”
and 9 times out of ten they say no.
The NV coupons are 50¢/1 now which nicely double. There is also a Yellow Cheerios 75¢/1 here: http://coupons.everydaysaver.com/v3/printn.html?1550 I believe those would double for you in the NW as well….
