Well…Here is a nice early preview of NEXT weeks coming ad cycle,6/5-6/11 at Albertsons. And this is the first ad from Albertsons, LLC, since they bought the company from SuperValu. From what I’m hearing there is going to be even better prices and deals coming soon. So as you look at the new ad, perhaps there is an item you want but don’t have the coupon for. Looking at the ad this early will allow you do get coupons via ebay or the many coupon clipping services! Also, MANY of these coupon will expire tomorrow night, so print as many as you need, now! Thanks for the preview and matchups! Question: Do you know if the Albertsons coupon policy and/or customer service has changed? Can overage be applied to baskets still? Also, are OYNO cats from other stores accepted now? Finally, if you have the new policy, can you post a link to it? Quite a bit to answer but I have googled and googled and I’ve only come up with the old policy and people in Southern California complaining that their coupon policy is so much worse than the NW’s. Nothing has changed yet. Talking with a few store managers it appears there has been no clear direction yet in this area. I would assume at this point unless you have been told otherwise, EVERYTHING is still the same. But i assume in the weeks ahead, if there is any changes they will let you know, and by that the new direction is, each store makes up their own rules. thats why its a pain down there. but well see what happens here. 🙂
Each store makes up their own rules? When did that become official? So the acceptance of OYNO cats from other stores isn’t official? I thought it sounded too good to be true then I realized the difficulty of cashiers accepting this new rule. I’ve been emailed from the FB team that the coupon policy that was in place during Sav-on ownership still applies. Though some stores here have taken the free-for-all directive that all the old rules are out the window and the cashier is king. What a PITA! Thank God for SW and FM.
nothing is official yet, old rules STILL apply(OYNP, overage, etc), but that’s probably the direction its headed. but keeping it all relative, albertsons, llc did not buy these stores to lose money. so after 6 months or so, any store that just isnt making money, is gone. so at least for the next little while Customer Service is king, because sales are very much related to good CS.
