Whole Foods changes their ads twice a month. The second ad cycle for this month goes from 11/18 through 12/3. Actually if you have been following the ad cycles, they changed it this month, it appears for the good. So now it appears we are following the national ad cycles. But Here are the items that are on sale these weeks in the Portland, Oregon area (Hillsboro). I called 4 other stores tonight(as i usually do) to make sure these prices are everywhere, and for the first time ever, not all the stores had all of these prices. Which is weird since all the Portland stores always have the same prices. But this Wednesday starts a new ad cycle, and I’m thinking all these prices will be turned on then! I’ll find out on Wednesday. Stay tuned!

nice! i saw the calender this year, and the coupons, at least to me, were just so-so. But i still may get one, getting 12 simmer sauces. its a $9 Money maker after case discount, which is fairly sizable. 🙂
